Downloading Problems:
Significant Digit Calculator is built upon the new framework released by Windows, the .Net
Framework 3.5. Although the .Net Framework provides many advantages in
programming, it must be installed on a user's computer for Significant Digit
Calculator to work.
The .Net Framework can be found on newer versions of Windows XP and Windows
Vista. If the installation did not start, you probably do not have the
framework. To successfully install the Significant Digit Calculator, you must
install the .Net Framework, which can be done in two ways. You can either
download a larger MegaCrammer installation which contains the framework, or
alternatively, you can download the .Net Framework directly from Microsoft.
